The Fifth House provides seasonal décor styling services including, but not limited to, front entrances, doorways, banisters, and Christmas tree decorating. Services may vary by season and availability.
Bookings & Payment
- All bookings require a non-refundable deposit for the service fee of 50% to secure your date.
- We accept payment via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, & Cash
Décor Materials
All décor used during installations is curated and sourced by The Fifth House, based on the client's vision, budget, and project scope.
- For each project, our team will schedule an in-person design consultation to discuss:
- Overall aesthetic and creative direction
- Client preferences and seasonal themes
- Dimensions of the space and access considerations
- Budget and timeline
Following the consultation, The Fifth House will source and procure all materials necessary for the installation. Clients are responsible for covering the full cost of all décor materials in advance.
- An itemized list and total budget will be provided for approval.
- Once approved, The Fifth House will handle purchasing using client-provided funds.
- No materials will be purchased without prior authorization and payment from the client. Sourcing is dependent on seasonal availability, budget, and supplier timelines. Substitutions may be made at the designer’s discretion to maintain style cohesion and meet installation deadlines.
- Any décor items purchased specifically for the client will be theirs to keep, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Client Responsibilities
- The client must ensure that the installation area is accessible, clean, and free of hazards.
- The client agrees to notify The Fifth House of any HOA or neighborhood regulations that may affect installation.
- The Fifth House is not responsible for décor damage caused by pets, weather, or tampering after installation.
Use of Photos
- The Fifth House reserves the right to photograph your décor installation for use on social media, website, and promotional materials.
- If you prefer your home not be photographed or shared publicly, please inform us in writing prior to your scheduled installation.
Intellectual Property
All designs, styling concepts, and original content produced by The Fifth House are the intellectual property of The Fifth House and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes before they take effect.
